What is an ITIN Mortgage Loan?

The ITIN (Individual Tax identification Number) Mortgage Loan is for people without a social security number looking to buy a home in the United States. The ITIN Loan requires a higher down payment and may have higher rates then conventional financing.

You may qualify for the ITIN Mortgage Loan with us if you meet all of the following criteria:

  1. Have filed taxes with an Individual Tax Identification Number for at least 2 years
  2. Can provide 2 years tax returns filed under the ITIN
  3. Have a 2-year employment history in the same line of work
  4. Can provide pay stubs for the last 30 days
  5. Have a credit score greater than 620 – A Bankruptcy or Foreclosure are ok
  6. You are looking for a home with ITIN in California, Colorado, Florida or Illinois
  7. Have a debt to income ratio less than 55% with compensation factors
  8. Have a 20% down payment – Gift funds are ok as long as 5% is from the borrower
